Author/Illustrator based in London
Since I can remember I have always drawn and written, this has always been my passion, my hobby and something that weaves it's way through all of my work.
In 2016, my daughter Ava was born and this gave focus to my art and storytelling through drawing and writing for children. I began to read to her from 8 weeks old, revisiting many of the greats from when I was a child and learning about new authors and illustrators today. I found myself creating my own stories and exploring my imagination with Ava in our daily routines and it was at some point from her being born, to being on a plane for our first family trip away, my first story came about. Since then, a second, third and so many more stories have come to life. All of which I have been working on, illustrating, writing, editing, re-writing and re-illustrating.
I favour pencil, ink, watercolour, gouache and digital mediums. I am always taking illustration courses and learning every day through experimenting and drawing.
